Native to New Jersey and born with an innate entrepreneurial spirit, it inevitably catalyzed Michele to pursue the mutually rewarding career of accounting, finance, and business consultancy. To date, Michele holds a BBA in Finance, a dual MBA in Finance and Organizational Development, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and has spent the last two decades applying that dynamicity to the strategic partnership-building landscapes. From small businesses to global organizations, Michele gained a track record for her expertise in money management, high-stakes negotiation, and rich liability reduction knowledge that led to measurable impacts. More notably, Michele is admired for her compassionate ambiance, a firm belief that strong results stem from creating strong, shared-value teams, and taking on every project with intense passion, a moral compass, and an open mind.
